If you can code in C/C++, you can code in any language. Moreover, you can tackle any programming problem you want. No other language can make as powerful a claim (perhaps Haskell). However, I've noticed a dearth of Meetup groups devoted to the language (even Haskell has a presence here!) and as an enterprising independent citizen who wants to refresh his own C++ skills, I've created this group, The San Francisco C/C++ Group. My thinking is that there are other people who would like to learn how …

These study groups are off-shoots of the Alameda Library Android Programming Classes. I'm giving anyone who's attended my class the access privilege to schedule his/her own study group. These study groups can be used to follow the learning tracks and the programming homework assigned in the main class, but if they grow large enough, or if any of you are so inclined, you guys are more than welcome to use such a study group to start your own separate Android programming meetup/class.

This is a free Meet Up for people interested in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). NLP is called "The Study of the Structure of Human Experience." It is also a self development practice: Once we know something about how we structure our experience, we can find ways to re-structure it in ways that provide us with the experience of life we would prefer. NLP is a remarkably elegant and deeply respectful set of tools to uncover unconscious beliefs and structures that determine our experience, and-- …
