Heart of the Dharma offers meditation and dharma talks to assist those who have an interest in living life with inner peace, joy and equanimity. To accomplish this Heart of the Dharma offers practices on Tuesday evenings. We also conduct periodic retreats as well as the 3 year MERIT program.

Women on Bikes is a program that was started by the City of Fort Collins Transportation Department, FC Bikes, and Northern Colorado Outdoors!
